Once you install linux elementary OS you will probably face this, let's call it, problem; It depends on if you prefer to minimize your OS windows or not.

Now we will see how we can do to minimize our window in linux Elementary OS, to do so you have 2 options:

Use available Hot Corners feature

Preinstalled but not set by default you can find a really cool feature called "Hot Corners", you can find it by going into "System Settings > Desktop > Hot Corners".

Here you can set one of the corners to "Multitasking View".

Add a minimize button to your windows with tweaks

If you absolutely want the minimize button,  you can by installing this simple and cool application called Elementary Tweaks, we have to open a up a new terminal window and use this commands:

sudo apt install software-properties-common
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:philip.scott/elementary-tweaks
sudo apt install elementary-tweaks

After installing tweaks if you go into "System Settings" you will find a new tweaks icon

Click on it, now in the "Appearance" tab under the "Window Controls" you will find a Layout with an option box. Select and choose the preferred option.

After following this you are ready to go!
